Actor Hugh Bonneville, globally recognised for his role as the Earl of Grantham in Downton Abbey, takes on the role of the titular character.

Madeline - Karen Gillan

Madeline is Douglas' younger television co-host who pretends to be part of a team in front of him but is clearly playing her own game from the start.

Not only is she more adept at social media than Douglas, she is also hell-bent on advancing her career by any means necessary.

Actress Karen Gillan, known for her role as Amy Pond, the main companion of the 11th Doctor Who portrayed by Matt Smith, plays Madeline.

Some of her other notable roles include Jumanji, Sleeping Dogs, X, Oculus, Late Bloomers and as Nebula in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Sheila - Alex Kingston

Alex Kingston, another Doctor Who alum, also appeared during Matt Smith's tenure in the series as River Song.

She starred opposite Daniel Craig in ITV's The Fortunes And Misfortunes of Moll Flanders and joined the cast of long-running US medical drama ER.
