ITV Lorraine Kelly's cheeky sex confession leaves co-star in hysterics

Lorraine Kelly left her co-star red-faced after she made a candid sex revelation on her programme.

The 64-year-old presenter was discussing the topic of low libido with Dr Amir Khan when the Scottish host queried when it becomes a medical issue rather than just a lack of interest in a bit of "slap and tickle". The television health specialist then highlighted several contributing factors.

Dr Amir informed Lorraine that "depression and anxiety" could be factors affecting someone's sexual desire. For those struggling and looking to enhance their bedroom experiences, the doctor offered some advice to the audience.

He listed several tips for improvement, such as "better health", "lubrication", and "make time". Lorraine perked up, replying: "Thank you for that, especially lubrication I shall be taking that with me."

The beloved presenter continued: "Amir, thank you, the only man in the world who could get away with that and vaginal dryness at this time in the morning," leading to laughter from both, with Dr Amir visibly embarrassed by her frankness and remarks on the topic, reports the Mirror.

In another segment on Monday's show (July 8), Lorraine was praised by a fellow on-air colleague for daringly dipping into the icy Scottish seas in a revealing swimsuit over the weekend. Lorraine had been to Orkney, Scotland, seeking relaxation following a full workweek.

During a chat with Dr Hilary Jones, the TV host shared details about her invigorating weekend retreat, saying it was "refreshing" and exactly what she needed to lift her spirits. Lorraine Kelly was captured on camera in an eye-catching, low-cut swimsuit as she eagerly dashed towards the sea for a swim, footage of which was broadcast on her ITV show.

Dr Hilary commended her boldness with enthusiasm. Lorraine reflected on her bold dip into the sea with the resident doctor, confessing: "See we had to run a long, long way but we actually did go in."

She acknowledged the chilliness of the water but enthused that the experience was "absolutely fantastic".

Dr Hilary offered his praise succinctly with just six words, telling Lorraine: "You look very well on it," in response to her chilly sea adventure. Rejuvenated by the experience, Lorraine responded: "I feel very well on it, actually, it's just like a recharge of your batteries."
