Soccer Aid for UNICEF viewers were taken aback by Robbie Williams transformation.

The musician set up the annual charity game in 2006 and was one of the coaches for England in tonight's match. The former Take That member was joined by Harry Redknapp, Frank Lampard, David Seaman, Robbie Williams and Vicky McClure in the dugout.

Jill Scott captained this year and said why the event is so special. She said: "UNICEF is so special because the money they raise is amazing.

"Also, when it comes to the match itself, when do you ever get to see such a brilliant mix of stars from the footballing and entertainment world come together to play a game of football? UNICEF change so many lives with the money raised and hopefully this year we can surpass the £100m mark."

England put in a fantastic performance against the World XI as Robbie was delighted when Jermaine Defoe bagged the fourth goal. However, some viewers on social media platform X were taken aback during the celebration as they praised Robbie's new look.

Stef said: "Robbie Williams looks so different these days. I wouldn’t have recognised him if it wasn’t #socceraid

Tropical socks added: "Robbie Williams looks well."

Marina commented: "Robbie , could hardly recognise him."

Im posted: "Robbie Williams doesn’t even look like Robbie Williams."
