Sounds like Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are potentially spending July 4th apart this year as they celebrate the holiday on different coasts. J.Lo was spotted spending time in New York City on Wednesday July 3, and also dropped a video of herself looking festive in a red, white, and blue tank top on Insta. Meanwhile, Ben Affleck has been seen out and about in Los Angeles with his kids.
This comes amid J.Lo ditching her wedding ring in a July 2 Instagram post on her J.Lo Beauty account.
Ben and J.Lo have remained totally quiet about their relationship status amid divorce rumors, but Page Six recently reported that their marriage has been "over" for a minute.
A source told the outlet that the couple have been done for “months,” adding that Ben is “very protective of Jennifer” despite the split. Apparently, they've specifically been “apart” since March, which could be why Ben hasn't been at Jennifer's side for recent red carpet moments (like the Met Gala, which she co-chaired back in May).
Meanwhile, People reports that Ben has been “moving his belongings” out of his and J.Lo's $60 million mansion. Their source said “Ben continues to live at the Brentwood rental. He’s been there for about two months now. He seems okay. He’s been at his office every day and seems focused on work. He’s also spending time with his kids.”
