Rumours are continuing to swirl about the potential business that Manchester United may conduct during the summer transfer window.

United are yet to make any new signings so far this summer, but that has not stopped speculation surrounding which players may move to Old Trafford. Erik ten Hag will want to strengthen his squad this summer as he takes charge of pre-season training this month.

United are known to be open to signing three centre-backs this summer. Everton's Jarrad Branthwaite, Lille's Leny Yoro and Bayern Munich's Matthijs de Ligt are known targets for the Reds this summer.

MEN Sport has taken a look at some of the latest transfer speculation surrounding United as the summer transfer window rolls on.

Jadon Sancho is once again being linked with a permanent move away from United. According to Italian news outlet Gazzetta, Juventus are looking into the possibility of a swap deal involving Federico Chiesa. The report states that the Serie A club are open to a deal that would see Sancho and Chiesa swap clubs this summer.

It has been reported that Ten Hag is open to the idea of a swap deal involving Chiesa and Sancho. The United forward made just three appearances for the Reds last season and spent the second half of the campaign on loan at Borussia Dortmund.

Elsewhere, United are reportedly interested in signing Feyenoord defender David Hancko. According to The Athletic, the Reds are weighing up whether to make a move to sign the versatile centre-back this summer.

The report claims that Hancko has been identified as a player United would like to sign to fill in the left-sided centre-back role as well as occasionally at left-back. It has been stated that, if United were to sign Hancko, he would provide competition for Lisandro Martinez at centre-back and Luke Shaw at left-back.
