James Martin looks smitten with 'new partner' Kim Johnson after old relationship ends

TV chef James Martin appears to be in high spirits with his 'new partner' Kim Johnson, following the end of his decade-long relationship. The 51-year-old culinary star and personal trainer Kim were seen enjoying each other's company during a recent outing.

Last month, it was reported that James had started a new romance with Kim. The couple were spotted shopping together in London just a few weeks ago, shortly after James split from his long-term partner Louise Davies.

The chef, who previously hosted BBC's Saturday Kitchen before launching ITV's Saturday Morning in 2017, was once again seen out and about with Kim in the capital city. They were spotted enjoying a leisurely walk together.

Photos obtained by The Sun show James dressed casually in a striped blue shirt layered under a navy fleece gilet, paired with navy trousers and dark shoes. He accessorised his look with a blue baseball cap and a pair of black sunglasses.

Kim, on the other hand, opted for a casual grey t-shirt, which she teamed with a cream jacket and patterned blue trousers for their day out in London. She completed her outfit with white shoes, a turquoise handbag, and a pair of dark sunglasses, reports the Mirror, reports Nottinghamshire Live.

The pair seemed to be thoroughly enjoying each other's company, as seen in the photos. One image showed Kim grinning next to James, while another captured him smiling.

A particular photo of them walking away together revealed James with his hand on her lower back, and hers on his. James was previously in a ten-year relationship with TV producer Louise, having reportedly started their romance in 2011 after meeting on the set of a celebrity edition of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?

However, it was reported in March this year that James and Louise had ended their relationship a few months prior. It is said that a spokesperson confirmed the former couple split in December last year, but they remain friends post-romance.

Before his long-term relationship with Louise, James dated film producer Barbara Broccoli, who is now 63. They reportedly were together for about five years after meeting at an auction in 2001.

Barbara is best known for producing the James Bond film series, following in the footsteps of her late father Albert 'Cubby' Broccoli. Kim was previously married to entrepreneur Arun Nayar, who is now 59. Their romance followed several years after his divorce from actor Elizabeth Hurley, who is now 58. Arun was married to Elizabeth from 2007 to 2011.
