Jason and Travis Kelce's first musical collaboration, "Fairytale of Philadelphia," hit No. 1 on iTunes

The Kelce brothers have added another impressive accomplishment to their belts — and this time it’s not football related.

Travis Kelce made his singing debut this week with his brother Jason Kelce on A Philly Special Christmas, Jason's second Christmas album with his fellow Philadelphia linemen.

Jason talked Travis into doing a sibling duet this year, and their song, “Fairytale of Philadelphia,” dropped Wednesday. Within hours, it had made its way into the top 10 songs on iTunes, as Jason proudly shared on X (formerly Twitter).

“This is incredibly humbling, thank you to all for supporting!!” Jason, 36, wrote as he shared a screenshot of the song at the eighth spot on the charts.

A couple hours later, the song was all the way up to the No. 1 spot, and the Eagles player shared a hilarious GIF of Will Ferrell from Elf bouncing up and down in excitement in response to the news.

The brothers’ podcast, New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, also retweeted the news and shared a GIF of Travis, the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, saying in a post-game interview, “Anything is possible, baby.”

On the track, which allowed the NFL stars to embrace their brotherly love, Philadelphia style, Travis, 34, sang some playful jabs at his older brother, including calling him a "phony" and an "a--" and hoping for "this Christmas to be our last.”

While the song was Travis’ musical debut, it was nothing new for Jason, who released his first Christmas album with fellow Eagles lineman Lane Johnson and Jordan Mailata last year. This year is the trio’s second iteration, and it’s become an annual effort to raise money for charity.

Last year, they raised over $1 million for local Philadelphia charities.

During a recent appearance on the Today show, the NFL trio discussed their second Christmas installment and Jason even broached the subject of his brother’s new girl, Taylor Swift, possibly getting involved in the future.

“Maybe, not this one, not this time around,” he said after Today co-host Sheinelle Jones asked about the possibility of Swift joining in. “That would be pretty incredible, maybe in the future.”

The record also features a duet between Mailata, 26, and Patti LaBelle, and the trio took on the biggest Christmas hit ever, Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas.”

“It was kind of nerve-racking at first, just because, [I] can’t really do the same key as the Queen of the Holidays,” Mailata said of covering Carey’s classic hit. “She’s incredible. So we kind of had to dial it back a couple of keys and, you know, put our own tastes on it. And I thought it turned out really good.”

Unlike Jason and Johnson, Mailata has a history with singing. He appeared on season 7 of The Masked Singer and impressed judges and the audience with his vocal talent.

"I was a singer first before any sort of athlete," the Australian athlete said.
