Jelly Roll’s wife of eight years Bunnie XO is celebrating her one-year anniversary of retirement from sex work.

The ‘Dumb Blonde’ podcast host, 43, who married 39-year-old country singer Jelly – real name Jason Bradley DeFord – in 2016, marked the milestone by reposting a Facebook status from March 2023 that said she had “officially shut down my spicy site”.

She added on Facebook: “Awww a year ago I retired from the SW (sex work) industry.

“I was SO scared to let go of that part of my life and leave behind the money I was making – wasn’t sure how I’d make up that part of my business.”

Bunnie, whose name is Alyssa DeFord, added she had “faith and let God have it” and she ended up making back her money “10 fold” since ditching sex work.

She added: “So thankful to all of you who believe in me and sub to my patreon, buy merch, listen to the pod and engage daily w/ me. THANK YOU.”

Fans were left scratching their heads about the timeline of Bunnie’s sex work admission as this year will mark her and Jelly’s eighth wedding anniversary.

The OnlyFans model then posted a separate message on FaceBook to clarify the confusion, adding: “I have always worked and made money on my own, when I married J I refused to give up my independence and rely solely on him.

“And to be honest he never once asked me to. He knew how important it was to me to make my own money. But he did always say, ‘One day baby you won’t have to do this anymore.'”

Bunnie said she started her brand in 2018 and funded it with the money she made as a sex worker, adding: “2020 came around and I retired from seeing clients and having sugar daddies and started my OnlyFans which made me millions.

“It was crazy the amount of money that site made me in such a short time…

my husband never once asked me to give up anything in my life.

“So I decided to retire and 100% immerse myself into the Bunnie Xo brand in 2023.”

Jelly has previously said he met Bunnie – who is a stepmum to his two children from two different relationships – when he was living out of a van and doing shows for $100.
