Jennifer Lopez reveals what Ben Affleck made her 'see' in herself in The Greatest Love Story Never Told

Tearful Jennifer Lopez got emotional when she discussed self-love and what her husband Ben Affleck had said to her in her intimate new documentary The Greatest Love Story Never Told.
Famously dubbed Bennifer, J-Lo and Affleck were one of Hollywood's golden couples when they got engaged in the early 2000s but they called off the wedding in 2004. Almost 20 years later, the couple delighted the world when they decided to give their love a second chance. Lopez and Affleck finally tied the knot in 2022.
The Prime Video documentary has taken viewers behind the scenes of her newly released album based on her love letters with Affleck and her musical film This is Me... Now: A Love Story.
What, how and why?
Now looking at their romance in the documentary, the singing superstar said it was her actor husband who gave her the confidence to love herself and helped her to really "see" herself with his inspiring words.
The moment was incredibly moving in the documentary, with the singer breaking down in tears as she spoke about how Affleck made her feel. In tears, she said in a piece to camera: "What he said and what he saw in me, and what he made me believe about myself, only comes from love. Because nobody else could have made me see that about myself. It's very moving."
Further explaining how she felt, she added: "I didn't think much about myself and so the world didn't think much of me. That lined up. This is how it is. See it. Believe it."
Opening up about their love story, J-Lo lifted the lid on how they both had changed since the first time they met back in the early 2000s compared to now.
She told the cameras of Affleck and herself: "We're totally different people now and we're the same and we have the same love 100 per cent. Like I'd never fallen out of love with you. I had to just put it over there."
The couple had gone onto marry other people but they were brought together again as they went public with their reunion in 2021.

Social media was awash with fans praising Lopez for making the documentary and people confessed to falling in love with Bennifer.
