As an actress, Jennifer Tilly has had decades of battling vicious serial-killer doll Chucky in the Child's Play franchise. But that's nothing compared to facing off against a reality star.

The Oscar nominee made headline back in May when it was revealed she's joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in a Friend capacity.

And during an appearance on the It Happened in Hollywood podcast published Tuesday, July 2, the actress and professional poker player opened up about her Real Housewives experience, teasing that it comes with its own horrors.

"Oh my God, it's insane. "It's, like, scarier than Chucky. I'll tell you that," said Tilly, 65, who has most recently starred in the Chucky series on Syfy and USA Network.

"I'm not a Housewife. I'm a Friend, though, which is a lot easier," she added. "You just dip in and out. You try to avoid, like, flying shrapnel. And you know, if drinks are thrown, I have good reflexes."

Tilly was discussing her casting on It Happened in Hollywood with friend Gina Gershon. The podcast episode reunited the Bound costars to discuss their time making the 1996 thriller.

But at the tail end of their conversation, Gershon, 62, asked about RHOBH, revealing that she had once considered going on the Bravo franchise.

"They approached me," she admitted. "I was too scared."

Tilly went on to encourage her pal to do the show, saying, "Holy cow. Genie, you would be great." But it was Gershon who was giving Tilly the encouragement.

"You know what? You're gonna be genius on that," she said. "You'll take over that whole set, Jen. I have no doubt. I'd actually even watch it with you on it!"
