Yahoo News Jet2 holidaymakers could win a trip to Turkey, Portugal and more for as little as 2p
Jet2 is offering holidaymakers the chance to win a holiday for only a few pence as it launches its ‘Bid for a Break’ campaign. Trips to Gran Canaria, Portugal, Turkey and Croatia are up for grabs under the popular scheme, which is back due to popular demand.
All passengers have to do is enter the lowest unique bid to bag a sunny getaway - and the winning bidder gets to purchase the holiday for that same price. Run by Jet2holidays, the campaign launches on April 15 and runs until May 9.
There are four holidays to bid on, with a new holiday being auctioned off each week. All customers need to do to enter is download the Jet2 mobile app, register for a myJet2 customer account and add in their bid to the nearest pence, with bidding starting from 2p.

Whoever bids the lowest - and no one else has bid that same amount - gets to win the amount. The holidays available to bid on are:
A seven-night Jet2holiday for two adults and two children to the Hotel Altamadores in Gran Canaria
A three-night Jet2CityBreak for two adults to The Editory Boulevard Aliados Hotel in Porto
A seven-night Indulgent Escape for two adults to the NG Phaselis Bay LifeStyle Resort in Antalya
A seven-night VIBE getaway for two adults to the Dalmacija Places Hotel by Valamar in Split
Bidding opens at midnight every Monday from 15th April and closes at one minute to midnight on a Thursday, giving holidaymakers plenty of opportunities to submit their bids until 9th May. Previous winning amounts have included £20.62 for a holiday in Antalya, Turkey; £10.84 for a holiday in Costa Blanca, Spain; and £10.96 for a holiday in Crete, Greece.
