Employment Specialist Coordinator

Job Description: Provide oversight of departmental documentation. Assist in training process of new staff as well as ongoing training to existing staff. Coordinate day to day departmental communication, scheduling, and review of internal and state documentation.
Provide administrative support to management.
Provide updates to Manager of Mission Services on a consistent basis regarding employment services consumers.

Coordinate all Employment Services programs.
Proofread job coach logs and benchmarks prior to Job Coach, Employment Specialist or Consumer signing.
Coordinate job coaching schedules.
Notify Employment Specialist of overflow job coaching needs. Participate in Division staff meetings and provide updates on consumers. Coordinate transportation for Employment Services consumers. Review and edit Job Coach’s and Employment Specialist time records in TC1 system prior to end of pay period. Review PTO for Job Coaches and Employment Special prior to approving time off.

Benefits and Pay:
Pay is $19.00 – $22.80 an hour.
403(b).
