Jodie Marsh’s husband ‘won’t sign divorce papers’

The fallout from Jodie Marsh’s ill-fated marriage to James Placido just rumbles on and on.

Just weeks after the reality star revealed she’d faced a police grilling after James accused her of harassment, she’s now had a pop at him for failing to sign his divorce papers.

It seems he just wants to stay hitched to Jodie. Well, who wouldn’t?

Taking to Twitter on Monday night, she posted: “Oh hi, just a quickie, maybe any little boys/men/humans that haven’t yet signed their divorce papers should you know, SIGN THEM……

“Unless of course you WANT to stay married….??? But that would be weird wouldn’t it?! Yes. That would be weird…..

“And of course it would be even weirder to WANT to stay married, if say, for example, you were claiming your wife was harassing you…..”

In case you’ve forgotten, 37-year old Jodie was arrested back in June for “harassing” James in a bid to reclaim the thousands of pounds she claims he owes her dad. The former glamour model denies she did more than send a couple of text messages.

“So now you know folks; if your partner owes you large sums of money, don’t text them more than twice as it’s classed as ‘harassment’.”

The pair married in Barbados in August of last year, following a whirlwind romance that ended Jodie’s five years of celibacy.

The Essex-born star has been married once before, of course. Back in 2007 she got hitched to Katie Price’s ex Matt Peacock after selecting him to be her groom in a carcrash reality show called "Totally Jodie Marsh: Who’ll take her up the aisle.”

They split three months later.
