Joe Hart confesses Celtic send off STILL has him speechless before goalkeeper sends 'business' message to Rangers

Joe Hart admits he is still "speechless" after his Celtic Park send off - but reset his focus on the Scottish Cup final showdown with Rangers.

The veteran keeper made his last Parkhead appearance as Brendan Rodgers ' side marked trophy day with a 3-2 win over St Mirren. Fans paid tribute to hart with a second half banner and he was given a standing ovation as he was subbed off late on for Scott Bain. Hart also lifted the trophy alongside skipper Callum McGregor - but will be targeting another winners medal after next weekend's Scottish Cup Final clash against Rangers.

After the full-time whistle the former England international admitted physically he feels he could keep playing - but wanted to go out at his peak. Now taking to his Instagram page, the shot-stopper has opened up the emotional farewell - with a banner from the fans appearing to have the 37-year-old on the brink of teams.

He wrote: “Celtic family .... I honestly don't know where to start. I thought if I gave it a day I would be able to find some words to describe how I you made me feel yesterday, but I'm sat here and I'm still speechless.

"All I can say is that that is one my greatest ever days as a professional, I'm truly honoured and humbled with the send off you gave me at your beautiful home “Please know that the love and passion I have for the football club will be with me and my family forever and I will return as a supporter one day soon.

"But for now... we have business to take care of and a huge week ahead... so thank you again and let's get down to business.”
