The light-filled unit, clocking in at 2,907 square feet, is located in downtown Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood. It’s got three bedrooms — including a primary suite with a walk-in closet and en-suite bath — and three baths in total, and is one of just 11 residences in a luxury boutique building, which boasts a 24-hour doorman. Details include a kitchen with SieMatic cabinetry, Imperial Danby marble countertops, and Miele appliances. The unit also boasts a Daikin central air system and custom oak floors.
One of the most winning elements of the condo is its 1,450-square-foot private terrace, offering green landscaping and and sweeping views of the Big Apple. Access to the unit is provided by an elevator which opens onto a private foyer.
Jonas’ New York City condo was listed with Carl Gambino of The Gambino Group at Compass and Adam Modlin of Modlin Group. The buyer, whose identity is unknown, was represented in the transaction by the Gambino Group at Compass’ Les Meyers, Reilly Adler and Gambino.
The condo was purchased by Jonas in 2018 for $5.6 million in 2018, according to The Real Deal.
Jonas is currently in the middle of a divorce from actress Sophie Turner (the two sold off houses in Los Angeles in 2021 for $15.2 million and in Miami last year for $15 million.) Jonas is also traveling on the Jonas Brothers world tour, after the band released its sixth studio album, The Album, last May.
