John Travolta poses for selfies with fans at Norfolk supermarket
John Travolta surprised staff and customers at a Norfolk supermarket when he popped in to do some shopping.
The star of Grease and Pulp Fiction is in the UK filming short film The Shepherd and was spotted at the Fakenham branch of Morrisons at the weekend, as well as a Wetherspoons pub in nearby Dereham.
Several supermarket staff shared selfies with the 68-year-old Hollywood actor on social media.

Security guard Gary Middleton told ITV news: "I didn't even go up to him, he just came up to me and shook my hand. We had a really nice chat."

He added: "When I put it on my Facebook everyone said I was mucking around and they didn't believe it was true but it was."
Siobhan Beavan, a lifelong fan of Grease, said it was "great to meet Danny Zuko" as she got a selfie with the star in Norwich.
Beavan told SWNS: "I was in my local pub and we were literally just talking about him being seen around Norfolk and laughing about it.
"Then he just appeared across the road with his entourage so I said there is no way I'm letting this opportunity pass!
Student Jamie Salter also shared a selfie with Travolta from The Romany Rye pub, where he spotted the Saturday Night Fever star with a group of men eating burgers and pizza.

He told the Eastern Daily Press: "I went over and said, 'Excuse me, sorry for disturbing your evening, I've just got a question: Is it John?'
"I asked him what he was doing here because you wouldn't expect to see John Travolta in Dereham. They told me he was there for a week and filming at an old airstrip. They said they were filming a Christmas movie."
Travolta is in the UK to film an adaptation of The Shepherd, a novella by Frederick Forsyth set in 1957, about a pilot trying to get home on Christmas Eve. The actor is a licensed pilot.
The short film is believed to be shooting at the Raynham Hangar Studios in West Raynham.
Travolta is travelling with his 22-year-old daughter Ella.
He shared a picture of the two of them enjoying traditional English afternoon tea to celebrate her birthday on Instagram.
He said: "Happy birthday my dearest Ella! I love you so much. We’re here in England having afternoon tea to celebrate and I’m also here to shoot a short film called, The Shepherd based on a book by Frederick Forsyth that I’ve always loved."
Travolta was widowed in July 2020 when his wife Kelly Preston lost her two year battle with breast cancer at the age of 57.

In 2009 Travolta's family were struck by tragedy when his youngest son Jett died aged 16 as the result of a seizure during a holiday in the Bahamas.
Travolta's last major movie role was in horror The Fanatic in 2019.
