Jose Mourinho was spotted in attendance at Craven Cottage on Sunday afternoon, watching Fulham lock horns with Liverpool. The former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur manager saw Jurgen Klopp's side earn three crucial points as the Premier League title race builds a head of steam.

Liverpool put on quite the show for Mourinho, who left Roma in January after two-and-a-half-years in the Italian capital. Trent Alexander-Arnold put the Reds ahead in west London before Timothy Castagne found an equaliser.

Ryan Gravenberch put Liverpool back in the lead shortly after half-time. Diogo Jota put the final nail in the coffin with a quarter of an hour or so left on the clock. Following Arsenal's win over Wolves on Saturday, just an eight-goal difference separates the two sides in the title race.

After being spotted at the game by beIN SPORTS, some supporters have begun to link Mourinho to both the Chelsea and Liverpool job. Mauricio Pochettino currently faces an uncertain future at Stamford Bridge, while Klopp is set to leave Anfield at the end of the season.

In fact, according to Sky Bet, the Portuguese tactician has recently emerged as the favourite to become the next permanent Blues boss at 3/1. Roberto De Zerbi and Ruben Amorim are tipped at 6/1 to take the wheel at Chelsea, while Michel Sanchez and Thomas Tuchel have been backed at 8/1.

Meanwhile, Sky Bet have placed Mourinho at 40/1 to take the Liverpool job. The Sporting CP boss remains the out-right favourite at 1/5, with the Brighton manager tipped at 10/1. While many have speculated that the former Chelsea and Spurs gaffer could return to the Premier League this summer, it's previously been revealed that he just simply lives in west London.

According to the Daily Mail, Mourinho lives in a six-bedroom estate in Belgravia. Speaking on Sky Sports last summer, he said: "The club reached such a level that it doesn't matter who it's with but Chelsea will always be Chelsea.

"Chelsea will always be big and my house will always be 200 metres away from the stadium so I want to keep listening to the sound of happiness and success. I'm pretty sure it's going to be like that."

Mourinho is currently without a job after leaving Roma at the start of the year. He had led the club to Europa Conference League glory during his debut campaign before securing a place in the Europa League final the following season.

Despite reigniting the atmosphere at Stadio Olimpico, a handful of poor results over the festive cost him his job. Last month, the 61-year-old was quizzed on his future. Speaking to reporters while attending the Portuguese Motorcycle Grand Prix, he said: "Zero news.

"I don't have a club, I'm free. But I want to work, in the summer I want to work. Never say no, especially in football. My life is football. I can train anywhere and I have no problems."
