Julian Lennon lists South of France property

Julian Lennon has decided to sell his South of France home.

The musician has listed his dream French Riviera property for sale.

The four-storey, five-bedroom home comes with a guide price of $27.6 million (£22 million), reports the Daily Mail.

Described as a "classic" and a "passion project", the captivating, white-shuttered 18th-century house features a music studio, cinema room, its own chapel, and a Venetian mosaic floor.

Musician, photographer and philanthropist Lennon - the only child of John Lennon and his first wife, Cynthia - has owned the house for the past quarter of a century.

Lennon ensured that original frescos were preserved, while creating what's described as a "double suite" on the top floor.

The grounds feature a swimming pool and pool house, and a terrace with views across the Mediterranean Sea.
