A sprawling ranch used by Kanye West as a base during his bid for the 2020 presidential elections is on sale for £8 million ($11 million).
The 3,800-acre estate in Wyoming is called Monster Lake Ranch after the monster trout stocked in its vast private lake.
As well as the main house, it features stables, a cattle ranch and 1,500-capacity ‘bird barn’.
West owns around half the land on the 9,000-acre property, with the remainder currently leased from the federal government.
The rapper and his now-estranged wife Kim Kardashian bought two Wyoming ranches in 2019: Monster Lake Ranch and the 6,700-acre Bighorn Mountain Ranch near the town of Greybull. It is thought West was once keen to make Wyoming his family’s full-time base while Kardashian was reluctant.
It’s not yet clear whether the second ranch will also be listed for sale.
Monster Lake Ranch is around 50 miles from the eastern edge of Yellowstone National Park and is for sale through DBW Realty.
West had plans to turn the ranch into an environmentally-friendly Yeezy Campus with domed properties and a vast skatepark, he worked on his ninth studio album ‘Jesus is King’ there.
The former couple still own a colossal mansion in the Hidden Hills that took six years and upwards of £15 million to renovate.
West has reportedly just paid more than £40 million for a Tadao Ando-designed concrete bunker home in Malibu.
