Kate Hudson and Chloe Bailey Set to Perform at 2024 GLAAD Awards: See the Full Guest List

Hudson is set to perform her debut song, while Bailey is marking her first release of the year with "FYS"

The annual GLAAD Media Awards have announced its lineup for the 2024 ceremony.

On Thursday, the LGBTQ advocacy organization announced that Kate Hudson and Chlöe are set to perform at the ceremony on March 14.

Hudson will perform her latest single “Talk About Love,” following the debut of the song’s music video earlier this week.

“The LGBTQ community has supported and stood by me for as long as I’ve been a performer. It is a privilege to share another facet of my artistry with my nearest and dearest fans, and to expand on my lifelong journey of being an ally,” Hudson, 44, said in a press release. “Music brings people together and I can’t wait to spread the love and joy with queer people and GLAAD this year.”

Chlöe (a.k.a. Chloe Bailey), 25, is set to perform her newest track “FYS.” Per a press release, this performance marks her first release of 2024 and first live show of the song.

“I am honored to perform my new track ‘FYS’ for the first time at this year’s GLAAD Media Awards,” Bailey said. “It is so important to me to be an ally and advocate for an organization that for decades has stood for unity, inclusiveness and Human Rights.”

“I do believe that in any community, you have to see yourself in stories and media and I am thrilled to be here to celebrate all the contributions that the LGBTQ community has made in this space,” she continued. “And to be here to celebrate true icons Oprah Winfrey & Niecy Nash-Betts just makes this even that more special!”

At the 35th annual ceremony, Winfrey is set to be honored with the Vanguard Award, “for her decades long commitment to allyship” and Nash-Betts is set to receive the Stephen F. Kolzak Award, which honors a member of the LGBTQ community in the entertainment industry each year.

Whose Line Is It Anyway? star Wayne Brady will host the ceremony, and a plethora of stars are set to appear as special guests, including Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong, Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause & G Flip, Ted Lasso cast members including Hannah Waddingham and Jason Sudeikis, and Mean Girls stars Jonathan Bailey and Reneé Rapp.

Other special guests include Cristo Fernandez, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sharon Stone, Sherry Cola, Shonda Rhimes, Sydney Sweeney, Matt Bomer and more.

Although “FYS” is her first release of the year and the GLAAD Awards marks her first performance of the track, Chlöe is no stranger to the LGBTQ ceremony. In 2021, she and her sister Halle Bailey, performing as the duo Chloe x Halle, performed their track “Do It” at the GLAAD Awards with the help of some RuPaul’s Drag Race stars.

Hulu is set to air the show’s broadcast exclusively, and the full taping of the ceremony is set to begin streaming on March 29.
