Kate Middleton debuts a bold £220 Boden coat that is sure to sell out

The Duchess of Cambridge may be approaching the end of her second trimester, but that's not stopping her from performing her royal duties.

Shortly after visiting Coventry yesterday afternoon, Kate stepped out once again this morning at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

In fact, Kate was rather hard to miss, as she wore a bright red coat boasting feminine, frilly detail.

This would be the second time in the past 48 hours that the Duchess has chosen to sport a bright outwear. However, unlike the mum-of-two's recycled £1,500 fuchsia pink number yesterday, her latest sartorial statement is an affordable £220 from high street store Boden - and it's still in stock.

Throughout her third pregnancy, the duchess has been a pro at recycling her wardrobe, leaving many of us unable to get our hands on her marvellous maternity style.

Therefore, this new season number is bound to fly off the shelves as the 'Kate Effect' strikes once again.

After all, what better way to battle the January blues than to brighten up your wardrobe with a royally-approved coat?
