The Hollywood star gave the young girl a pep talk before her first ever interview.

Kate Winslet told a nervous young reporter "You can ask me anything" as she reassured her ahead of her first ever interview.
The 47-year-old Hollywood star and mother-of-three can be seen in a video shared online giving a heartwarming pep talk to child reporter Martha from German show logo!, who confessed it was her first time interviewing someone at a video junket for Avatar: The Way Of Water.
Winslet told her: "This is your first time doing it? Okay well guess what? When we do this interview it's going to be the most amazing interview ever. And do you know why? Because we've decided that it is going to be.

"So we've decided right now - me and you - this is going to be a really fantastic interview.

"And you can ask me anything that you want, and you don't have to be scared, everything's going to be amazing.
"You've got this. Okay. Let's do it!"
The actor went on to answer questions about wanting to act since she was a child, cooking for her family and filming for Avatar 2 inside water tanks.
She also happily posed with Martha for a selfie afterwards.
The Oscar-winning star plays Ronal, one of the sea tribe of Pandora in James Cameron's latest Avatar movie.
Winslet has previously spoken about feeling bullied by the press during her early career.
She recently starred opposite her 22-year-old daughter Mia Theapleton in Channel 4 drama I Am Ruth, about the relationship between parents and teenager and the impact of social media.
Mia is her daughter from her first marriage to director Jim Threapleton.

She is also mother to 19-year-old Joe with director Sam Mendes and nine-year-old son Bear with her current husband Edward Smith, previously Ned Rocknroll, the nephew of Virgin businessman Richard Branson.
