Katie Price has been hit with an eviction notice for her notorious 'Mucky Mansion' and has mere days to vacate. The Mirror Online has viewed a copy of the letter, dated April 24th, 2024, which states that "the eviction will take place on May 29th, 2024, at 10am" - giving the beleaguered star just a fortnight to clear out.

The eviction notice from Horsham County Court is addressed to Katie and "any other occupiers", and instructs her "to arrange to leave the property with [her] belongings before this time and date". The letter further explains: "The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant.

"A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant. A writ gives a High Court Enforcement Officer the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant. In this notice the term 'Authorised Person' is used to refer to either the Bailiff or the High Court Enforcement Officer."

Earlier this month, it was reported that Katie was in danger of losing her £2million West Sussex home, known as the 'Mucky Mansion', due to her escalating financial troubles after she was declared bankrupt for the second time, reports the Mirror.

The reality television star purchased the sprawling East Sussex property in 2014 for £1.3 million. The home has been featured on her Channel 4 renovation series as it fell into a state of disrepair.

In March, Price insisted: "You've followed my life, my journey, I say it as it is. Yes, I'm in a bankruptcy. But guess what? I own my house. No one could take it off me as well."

However, the High Court ruled later that month that Price must pay half of her monthly earnings towards her debts. The court heard that trustees went to court to ask for an income payment order.

Joshua Harris, Bankruptcy Trustee at Harris and Partners, explained: "Price faces the risk of losing her £2million property, which highlights the severe realities of bankruptcy."

He added: "In situations of substantial debt, asset repossession is a real threat, used by creditors to recover what they are owed. Not settling financial duties can lead to severe outcomes, including the loss of valuable assets and further financial hardship."

Last October, the mother-of-five confessed she was "fed up" with being threatened with legal action. She opened up about her bankruptcy and said she had been to court "more times than I've had hot dinners" and would "genuinely" not care if she ended up behind bars.

Since then, Katie has been making money through her OnlyFans account and selling personalised messages to her fans.
