Katie Price hits out at 'disgusting' Christmas jumpers mocking her son Harvey
Katie Price has described the Christmas jumpers mocking her disabled son Harvey as “disgusting”.
Sweaters featuring a cartoon image of Harvey, accompanied by the phrase “Hello you c***”, have recently been available to buy online, and the former glamour model has hit out at those who have chosen to wear them.
This comes after a video of a man showing off the jumper to a group of friends went viral. The clip sees him unzip his coat to reveal a Christmas version of the sweater, which leaves the woman sitting opposite him looking horrified.
Speaking to The Sun, Price said: “We think it’s absolutely disgusting.”
She also wrote on Twitter: “Why do people continue to mock my son? If these people met Harvey they would feel disgusted.”

The offensive slogan on the jumper is a phrase Harvey used during an appearance with his mum on Loose Women in 2016. It was his response after being asked what he’d say to anyone who was mean to him.
Despite eBay’s attempts to remove the jumpers from their website, one individual has still managed to sell more than 100 over the Christmas period.
A spokesperson for eBay told The Sun: “These items were immediately removed and the seller suspended. These items have no place on our marketplace.”
Outraged fans offered their support to Price on Twitter, condemning the jumpers and anyone who wears them.
This is truly disgusting !! I pray their own children don’t ever get mocked in this way. Sending love to beautiful Harvey ! Xxx

I think this is appalling. I don’t know what’s worse…. the person who chose to wear it or the person who chose to create it in the first place! I know it’s not easy but try to ignore it…. Harvey is more of a human being than these idiots will ever be…..

However, one person pointed out that Price had previously praised her son for standing up to trolls when the same phrase from Loose Women was featured on a flag at Glastonbury Festival.
At the time, Price wrote next to the picture of the flag: “So proud my son Harvey’s comment to trolls and bullies has made it on a flag at Glastonbury.”
