Katie Price accuses Kerry Katona of ‘stabbing her in the back’ with plastic surgery comments

Katie Price has hit back at showbiz pal Kerry Katona after the latter criticised her recent plastic surgery.

According to The Sun, a source close to the media personality has revealed that Price is “furious” at Katona for speaking publicly about her concerns, rather than messaging her directly.

The publication also went on to claim that Price accused the former Atomic Kitten singer of being a ‘hypocrite’ for slamming her cosmetic choices when she’s had work done herself.

“She’s actually feeling furious and p***ed off about the whole thing because she thinks Kerry has stabbed her in the back,” the insider continued. “She views it a bit like ‘pot kettle black’.

“Kerry’s had just as many procedures and Katie’s never talked badly about her. Katie feels like another pal has ‘let her down’ by talking about her publicly for ‘airtime.’”

Katona - who was Price’s bridesmaid at her wedding to Peter Andre back in 2005 - said that seeing pictures of the former glamour model "after her recent surgery was pretty awful” in her latest column for New! magazine.

‘I love Kate to bits but I think she’s crossed the line,” she added.

“She’s beautiful but she’s clearly got terrible insecurities. She needs to be careful now.

“Her ears look really big. I imagine they’re swollen from where the face gets pulled up, but, that said, the last time I saw her they looked weird.”

Throughout her career, Price, 41, has been known to have had eight boob jobs, two nose jobs, several bum lifts, multiple rounds of Botox and two face lifts. Her most recent procedure was carried out in Turkey in August.

Katona, 39, has reportedly undergone a tummy tuck, three boob jobs and liposuction over the years.
