Katie Price has bid farewell to her notorious Mucky Mansion as she gears up to settle into a stunning £1.2million abode. Removal vans were spotted at her old Horsham estate in West Sussex earlier this week, following advice to vacate the £1.6million property after her second bankruptcy declaration in March 2024.

Katie faced eviction after failing to pay a hefty £750,000 tax bill. An "acid attack" on her home hastened her departure, leading to an urgent call to a removal firm.

The 46 year old is now poised to enter a "large detached family home with a south-facing plot backing onto countryside on the town's eastern edge with views of the South Downs." Not only will Katie enjoy breathtaking views, but she'll also be neighbours with 'Call the Midwife' actress Judy Parfitt, famed for playing Sister Monica Joan.

MailOnline reports Judy Parfitt's welcoming words: "'She's entitled to live anywhere she likes. I hope she'll be very happy." Katie has recently spoken out about the "acid attack" that targeted her Pink Range Rover while it was parked at her Mucky Mansion.

"It's nice to know someone in the night has come to throw acid all over my car, everywhere, all on my car. Thank you whoever that was," Katie shared with her followers. "Scumbags outside my house on my private property. I can't wait to get out of this house in a few months' time."

Katie has been vocal about her disdain for living in the Sussex mansion, describing it as akin to being in "hell" and even suggesting it might be haunted. In one of her podcast episodes, she said: "I am still in my mansion! And guess what? I absolutely have hated my mansion. I tell you why, nine years of hell I've had there. Fly-tipping, it's haunted... and I am living with it. And whoever buys that house, good luck! I hate it."

She also claimed to possess a 'psychic candle' that apparently responds to questions and to have seen ghosts in her residence. Speaking on The Fellas podcast, Katie claimed: "It's definitely haunted. I took a picture of a little boy sitting on my top floor. I've got pictures of a guy going through the mirror. I videoed it all."
