Katie Price puts Barbie pink car on eBay after driving ban

Katie Price has listed her Barbie pink car on eBay after being banned from driving for three months.

The former glamour model posted an image of the bright pink Suzuki convertible, which has been decorated with Barbie stickers, on her Instagram account and revealed her intention to sell the vehicle.

“Soo now I’m banned from driving the cars are going this one is on eBay,” she wrote, giving the product listing number as 254073076749.

“When I get my license back new car fresh start,” she promised followers.

The star set up a personal eBay account in 2016 and has previously used the site to sell second-hand clothes belonging to her and her children.

The listing had received 39 bids on the auction site at the time of writing, with the maximum bid currently set at £3,800.

Bidding will close on the evening of January 25, and the buyer is invited to pay in cash on collection.

“A well known Suzuki Vitara that has undergone a[n] extensive exterior re-wrap inc lowered suspension wheel arch kit and wide wheels and tyres,” the product description reads.

“The soft top requires replacement and the MOT has expired, the owner has requested to sell the car with no reserve and no buy it now,” it continues.

Price appeared at Crawley Magistrates Court last week, where she pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance.

She had been spotted driving on the A24 near her West Sussex home on July 25, while her six month driving ban was still in place.

Her defence Paul Macaulay told the court that Price had mistakenly believed that the ban had started after an earlier hearing in January, meaning it would have been lifted at the beginning of July, before the incident took place.

She was banned from driving for a further three months and fined £1,100.
