Katie Price has told fans she is “so proud” of the progress she is making when it comes to her mental health.
The TV star, 43, opened up in a post on Instagram as she shared a snap of two books entitled Recovery from Complex PTSD and DBT Skills Training Handouts and Worksheets.
“I'm so proud of myself and how far I've come changing the ways I now deal with situations that I've now learnt are my trigger points that I wasn't about to control before,” said the mum-of-five.
"Thank you to my therapists, consultant and my support network around me."
She also suggested she had some news, adding: "Tomorrow finally is a chapter I've completed in moving forwards, I'll let you know tomorrow what it is."
Price had an accident last year, crashing her car under the influence of alcohol while disqualified, and later said she had hit "rock bottom".
Speaking on her Mucky Mansion show in January, she said that she was committed to having long-term therapy.
"I have now decided to see a therapist every week for the rest of my life and put my hand up and say, 'Yeah I need help, help me'," she said.
"So although there’s situations going on, I am still alive.
"Yes, there are consequences for what I have done but I just want to breathe."
Price has previously told how being with her horses at the stables could be very therapeutic, and sort of like the gym for her.
"You can have a really s*** day and then you can come to the stables and just switch off," she explained in an episode of her reality show, which saw her fixing up her dilapidated country home.
