Katya Jones and Ed Balls recreate their most famous Strictly move: 'He's still got it'
The classic pairing was reunited to show they've still got the moves.
It's been seven years since Ed Balls and Katya Jones created their iconic Strictly Come Dancing routine to Gangnam Style, but the pair have proved they can still hit all the moves like it was yesterday.
Strictly viewers were delighted to see former MP and show favourite Balls make a return to the BBC One show on Saturday night, where he was the celebrity terms and conditions announcer.
But no one looked more excited than his former pro dance partner Jones, who enthusiastically danced some of their Gangnam Style-inspired routine behind him in the studio, and now she has unveiled some behind-the-scenes shots of what they got up to away from the cameras.
Jones posted photos to Instagram showing herself and Balls having fun trying out some of their old moves, including Jones' backwards bend.
She also shared a photo of herself with Balls, who was her first celebrity partner on Strictly, and her current dance partner Nigel Harman who has quickly become a favourite to win the 2023 series.

Jones wrote: "He’s still got it!
"There was more than one reason why Saturday was so special! In the words of Claudia: “the Legend, the Icon, the King…” @edballs came to read terms and conditions ( once he stopped dancing), aka my FIRST Strictly Partner.
"2016 on week 2 we performed our Charleston, and on Saturday, 7 years later, I was stood between my first and my current partner @themeditatingactor , whilst they were chatting all things Dancing and Strictly.
"We obviously had a boogie together. It was a moment. And thank you @gorka_marquez for capturing it."
The couple's Salsa to Psy hit Gangnam Style might not have earned huge scores, but it became one of Strictly's most memorable moments and saw Balls win over the viewers who kept him in the competition for weeks until he eventually finished in sixth place.
Jones' other notable partners have included Joe McFadden, who she won the 2017 series with, and Seann Walsh who she was photographed kissing after training in 2018, leading to the end of Walsh's relationship with Rebecca Humphries.
Dancer Jones later split with her husband, fellow Strictly pro Neil Jones.
She and Harman were in first place on the leaderboard after week one of the 2023 competition and on Saturday's live show they are due to dance a Batman-inspired Jive for movie week.
