Kaye Adams has quipped that she was “stupid” to have signed up to do Strictly.
The Loose Women star, 60, was a contestant on the BBC ballroom show last year and was the first celeb to be eliminated.
She has now said that although she is glad to have taken part, the competition was challenging for her.

The presenter opened up on This Morning, when host Holly Willoughby said she’d thought it was brave of Adams to do the dance show.
“Yeah, yeah… brave slash stupid,” said Adams.
“And I am only saying that against myself because Strictly is a wonderful production. I met so many wonderful people.”
The TV star, who danced with Kai Widdrington on the show, went on: “I had that thing in my head, 'Put yourself out of your comfort zone.'
"And it was a long way out of my comfort zone. It really really was.
"And I don’t think I fully appreciated that until I was standing there, draped across a bar in a flamenco outfit, thinking, 'What the heck am I doing?'"
“I found it very emotionally challenging, I really did," added the star.
Adams said she was glad she had done Strictly because of everyone that she met.
"But I will say, it gave me great highs and it also gave me a lot of self-reflection," she added.
“It was tough.”
The presenter said she knew some people would wonder how she could say that when she had such a great opportunity.
