Khloé Kardashian Kicks Off 40th Birthday with Loving Tribute from Mom Kris Jenner: You're 'So Truly Special'

The Good American founder entered a new decade on June 27, and her mom Kris Jenner helped lead the birthday tributes

Khloé Kardashian's friends and family are helping her celebrate a brand new decade!

The Good American founder turned 40 on Thursday, June 27, and her family and friends flooded social media with love and tributes in her honor as they celebrated who Kris Jenner called "my beautiful, delicious angel."

"You are one of the most wonderful loves of my life, and I cherish each and every glorious memory we have ever made. You are the most amazing daughter and have been the greatest gift in life, but watching you as a mommy has been so remarkable for me," Kris, 68, wrote in an Instagram post as she shared a carousel of photos with Khloé from throughout her life, including some adorable childhood shots of her with Kim and Kourtney.

"You are such a joyful, happy, funny slice of life and when I’m with you, you always make me feel so special and so happy to be around you," Kris continued, calling Khloé "someone so truly special and have the most amazing creativity, style, energy, beauty and love that exudes from you."

"I love your strength and your sensitivity and your vulnerability and your support. Happy birthday, my beautiful girl and may all of your dreams come true. I love you beyond measure, more than I can ever explain in words, and you will always be my Bunny 🐰 love, Mommy 💞💞💞."

Khloé's close friend Malika Haqq shared a selfie with the Kardashians star on Instagram as she declared her birthday " one of my favorite days."

"You define the meaning of love, people wish they could love like you but your heart is immeasurable," Haqq wrote. "Loyalty, perfected. Promise keeper. Honorary daughter, sister & friend.. Beautiful mommy. Over all great spirit."

"I’m so proud of you woman. Just two girls, now look at us. It’s all up from here," she continued. "Thank you for loving me. Prioritizing our relationship and the gift we share."

Khloé thanked her friend for the post, writing, "I love you more than anyone would ever understand," and Kris shared some love too, writing of Khloé's longtime friend, "You are such a blessing in our lives. What a beautiful post for our girl. I love you, Malika. 💞🙏🏼."

Khloé's milestone birthday comes shortly after she celebrated her daughter's 6th in April. In a series of posts shared to her Instagram Stories, she marked the occasion and paid tribute to her daughter True, whom she shares with Tristan Thompson.

"My baby girl is six today," she wrote alongside a photograph of the mother-daughter pair sharing a kiss. "My sweet, silly but serious, sensitive but strong, kind, beautiful, loving little Tutu."

"You changed my life forever and I love every part of who you are. Your smile, your laugh, the sass you get when you dance, your independence (even though that also makes me inside cry lol) the way you love. Love me, love Tatum, love your cousins, love Lovey, love your daddy. You are love. My love," she continued, alongside a solo photo of True.

On top of an image of herself holding True when she was a toddler, Khloé added, "It's a strange feeling as your child grows older. You love the amazing little person they are becoming. But at the same time you miss all the little versions of themselves. The little ones they used to be."
