The former Hear'Say singer and Coronation Street star revealed her soldier boyfriend popped the question as they celebrated her birthday.
Marsh, who turned 45 on Sunday 13 June, told OK!: "I'm absolutely over the moon - I can't believe it.

They have spent periods of time apart during the course of their relationship due to Ratcliff's job in the Parachute Regiment, however, Covid restrictions saw him sent home from Afghanistan during the pandemic.
The Morning Live host revealed to The Sun back in April: “He was due to go to staff college in September but we’ve ended up spending most of the past year together.
“I feel so lucky to be in this situation. It has given me the opportunity to have more time with Scott, my son David, my daughters Emilie and Polly and the rest of my family. I’m not taking those things for granted.”
She's previously been wed twice before, firstly to ex EastEnders star Jack Ryder from 2002 and 2009 and secondly to Hollyoaks' Jamie Lomas between 2012 and 2014.
Marsh has two older children from a previous relationship, son David, 26, and daughter Emilie, 23, as well as daughter Polly, 10, with Lomas. She and Lomas also had son Archie, who was stillborn in 2009.
She became a grandmother in 2019 when daughter Emilie welcomed a son named Teddy Archie David.
