Kitty wore an intricate Dolce and Gabbana gown for her big day, which was attended by Viscountess Emma Weymouth and her husband Ceawlin Thynn, the Marquess of Bath, Sabrina Elba, pop star Pixie Lott and Made In Chelsea alum Mark Vandelli.
Lott, 33, also commented on Kitty’s Instagram post sharing her baby news and added, “Supermama 💘❤️❤️❤️ happy Mother’s Day 💓.”
Kitty and the millionaire fashion mogul also went on to honeymoon in Italy, a country that holds a special place in Kitty's heart.
She studied in Florence for three years and told the London Evening Standard in 2021 that "the love and passion I feel for life is ignited in Italy. I hope to have a proper base there someday and it is certainly where I would like to retire."
Kitty's happy news comes as her father, Charles Spencer, is sharing the harrowing details of his time as a student in a British boarding school in his new memoir, A Very Private School.
In an exclusive excerpt published by PEOPLE on Sunday, Spencer, 59 — the younger brother of Princess Diana — revisited the sexual and physical abuse he endured at exclusive Maidwell Hall school in Northamptonshire, England.
"The effect of what she did to me was profound and immediate, awakening in me basic desires that had no place in one so young," he wrote about the moment he was sexually abused by a 19 or 20-year-old assistant matron at the school at the age of 11.
The 9th Earl Spencer's memoir will be released on March 12.
