On Tripadvisor, the hotel has a 5/5 rating from 720 reviews with one visitor saying: “Stayed here for 2 nights in April and what a wonderful hotel this is. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, Chris the owner looked after us superbly and was a wealth of knowledge regarding what to do in the immediate area and in Blackpool itself.

“The hotel is just opposite a tram station and there is also a bus stop just outside making travelling easy whichever direction you wish to go. We stayed in the Beech room which had a super king size bed and this was one of the best sleeps we have had on our quite extensive travels. The room itself was also quite large with tea and coffee available if required.

“I would just like to thank Chris and Christine for being such wonderful hosts and making our mini break away such an enjoyable experience.

“I would thoroughly recommend this hotel as it is quite simply superb.”

Another said: “Stayed here for the first time and really couldn’t fault it, exceptionally clean, Chris the owner was very attentive and more than helpful, enjoy our little chats at breakfast time, and the breakfast itself was of high quality ingredient and cooked to perfection, wouldn’t think twice about booking again.”
