Large police presence at house after sudden death

There has been a large police presence in a residential street after a man's sudden death. South Wales Police says the death at a home in Brynmair Road in Cwmaman, Rhondda Cynon Taf, is not being treated as suspicious.

The force responded shortly after 5pm on Saturday to a report of a sudden death of a 47-year-old man at the property. Next of kin has been notified and a file of evidence is being prepared for the coroner, said a police spokesman.

Speaking shortly after 12pm on Sunday, one local said there was still a very large police presence on the scene as well as around eight forensic investigators. You can read more of the latest breaking news here.
