Laser Clinic Bristol closes suddenly leaving confused customers worried about refunds
A hair removal clinic in Cabot Circus has suddenly closed leaving customers confused and frustrated about abrupt cancellations. Laser Clinics UK has reportedly closed due to administration, according to a sign in the window, and several customers claim they are yet to be refunded after paying in advance for treatments.
On Google the Bristol clinic is listed as being 'temporarily closed', and on the Laser Clinics UK website it is also listed as being temporarily closed. The chain has branches nationally but despite signs in the window of the branch stating the business is "in administration", it is only the Bristol, Leeds and Leicester clinics that are listed as being temporarily closed.
Laser Clinics UK has been contacted for comment and is yet to confirm the closures. The Bristol branch was not open today (April 25) and a signs have appeared on the doors, advising: “Laser Clinics are unfortunately now in administration.” It advises customers to contact its head office.

A customer reported that the clinic, which specialises in laser hair removal, cosmetic injections and skin treatments, closed without notice and left customers wondering what to do about pre-booked treatments. He told Bristol Live: “I had a treatment booked in a few weeks' time, as I had £75 on my account and you have to prepay."
The customer claimed he had been unable to contact Laser Clinics on social media and he could not find any further information on its website. He said he was concerned that "this will leave loads of customers out of pocket".
In the past few days, several other customers have taken to Google reviews to voice their concerns and frustrations. One customer wrote: “Laser Clinics Bristol cancelled my appointment without telling me why and whenever I try to call them, I can't seem to get through. What is going on?
“This is highly unprofessional and so frustrating. I've been a loyal customer to this clinic since November 2021, and I'm quite surprised at this sudden shut down in all communication.”
Another asked: “Does anyone know what is going on? Would be great to have an update especially when we have paid the full amount for a treatment that we might not be receiving."
A third reviewer said: “Does anyone have any information on what is going on? My appointment was cancelled without any phone call, and now the line is disconnected and the clinic is temporarily closed.
“I emailed the company but they told me to wait for an update soon. As I have prepaid for my treatment it would be good to know what is happening.”
