Chelsea are poised to make their first major move of the window and are expected to announce a £35.1m deal for Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko soon. The Blues saw Bertrand Traore complete an £8.8million move to Lyon on Monday, and Manchester United's interest in Nemanja Matic hinges on the Bakayoko deal.

Things are less busy at Tottenham, but Crystal Palace can now begin their summer reshape after handing the transfer reins to new manager Frank de Boer on Monday.
