Leicester City have made four changes to the starting XI for this afternoon's final game of the 2023/24 season against Blackburn Rovers.

Enzo Maresca has reverted back to a strong XI after resting a number of players for Monday night's 3-0 win over Preston North End. Mads Hermansen, James Justin, Hamza Choudhury and Stephy Mavididi all come back into the side as Leicester look to reach 100 points.

Hermansen comes back in goal to make his 44th Championship appearance of the season after Jakub Stolarczyk impressed on Monday. Ahead of him, Choudhury comes into the defence alongside Wout Faes, Jannik Vestergaard and Justin.

Choudhury will partner Harry Winks in midfield with Ricardo Pereira pushing further forward in the number eight position alongside Wilfred Ndidi.

Stephy Mavididi replaces Kasey McAteer on the left with Abdul Fatawu and Jamie Vardy retaining their spot in the final two places in attack.

Stolarczyk, Conor Coady, Yunus Akgun and McAteer drop to the bench. Callum Doyle, Marc Albrighton - who could make his final appearance for the club - Kelechi Iheanacho, Patson Daka and Dennis Praet join them as Maresca's options on the bench.

The Foxes will reach 100 points should they defeat Blackburn this afternoon. At the other end of the table, the visitors will be relegated to League One if they lose and results elsewhere go against them.

City (4-3-3): Hermansen; Choudhury, Faes, Vestergaard, Justin; Winks, Ricardo, Ndidi; Fatawu, Vardy, Mavididi. Subs: Stolarczyk, Coady, Doyle, Praet, Yunus, Albrighton, McAteer, Iheanacho, Daka.
