A £10,000 reward has been offered to help find missing X-Factor star and rugby player Levi Davis.
The 24-year-old went missing on October 29 in Barcelona and has not been seen or heard from since.
Now Mr Davis’s family have said private investigator Gavin Burrows had volunteered to help find the former Bath Rugby player.
The private investigator’s firm has said it will pay £10,000 for information leading to Levi being found.
“We are very grateful to Gavin and his team for volunteering their time, expertise and the reward fund to help find Levi,” said mum Julie.
“We are still worried sick about him and just want him home safely. Hopefully this extra support will encourage people with any information to come forward.”
The Worthing Raiders winger travelled by boat to Barcelona from Ibiza, where he visited a friend.
He was last seen on CCTV leaving the Old Irish Pub in the centre of Barcelona around 10pm.
“I’m concerned about Levi’s welfare, if he’s eating OK. I just don’t know how he’s managing to get by from day-to-day," mum Julie told the BBC.
She last had contact with her son a few hours before he went missing. Levi sent her a video on board the boat from Ibiza, showing the view over the sea, saying: “It’s beautiful here.”
Since the end of October there have been a few possible sightings, but none have been confirmed.
Almost three weeks ago, his passport was discovered at Barcelona’s port area, according to family.
“Since the last thing we heard about the passport, there’s been no more information," Julie told the BBC.
Levi is known for his TV appearances in ITV’s Celebrity X Factor in 2019 and E4’s Celebs Go Dating in 2020 alongside his rugby playing.
