Shout it from the rooftops people - “ROMANCE ISN’T DEAD!”
Yes, we couldn’t be more excited/happy/delirious at the news that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are back together after all this time, and now it seems that their families are also stoked about the whole situation.
An insider close to the family told E! News that whilst The Hemsworth’s were always very pro-Miley, they’re happier about engagement number two – because both of them are a lot older now (and presumably wiser).
The ‘insider’ said: “Liam never stopped loving Miley. Liam and Miley’s timing was just off the first time they were engaged, many things played into them calling it off,”
“They both needed to grow up and figure themselves out more.
"Liam’s family always liked Miley but they supported Liam’s decision at the time. They did feel that both of them were too young. They are in love and it’s a different time now for them.”
Stop – we can’t cope and we’re literally about to keel over with joy and happiness.
The couple first got engaged back in 2012.
Last week, one of Miley’s ‘friends’ told Us Weekly that she had ‘never really got over Liam’, with another pal adding: “She says she’s always loved Liam and always will.”
An insider also claimed: “He’s never met anyone quite like her who has that hold on him.
“He realizes she was growing up and experimenting, he took a step back and gave her time to do that. Miley’s always had a special place in his heart.”
