Lincoln pub reopens its doors with new menu following extensive refurbishment

A country pub has reopened its doors after an extensive refurbishment. The Swan Holme on Doddington Road, Lincoln, welcomed back its customers on Sunday, June 23, after weeks closed to allow for a complete transformation.

Run by Vintage Inns, the popular pub has a new interior and exterior design to give it a fresh and contemporary feel. This includes an extended patio area with a bespoke stretched tent installation, making it the perfect place to meet friends and family and enjoy the picturesque views across the lakes.

The pub has also returned with a new venue, which has a selection of popular dishes, country pub classics and a range of new signature skewers. The pub will also be serving brunch from 9am on Saturdays and Sundays, which included dishes like a full English breakfast and buttermilk pancakes.

General Manager, Chris Beard said: “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome both our regulars and first-time guests to experience the Swan Holme’s new, refreshed look. Whether you're seeking a picturesque setting to enjoy high-quality dining or a cosy spot by the fire to enjoy a drink, our pub has it all."
