Loose Women star Linda Robson has addressed rumours of feuding on the show, insisting they are all “best friends”.

There have long been whisperings about possible rifts behind the scenes at the ITV show.

And it came up during an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine, which Robson went on with fellow Loose Women panellist Jane Moore to talk about the show’s upcoming tour.

Host Ranvir Singh suggested that the tour audience could ask the Loose Women stars about any “spat”.

But Robson replied: “We all get on really well, it’s really boring but we all get on really really well.

“We have all been working together a long time so we go to work with our best friends every day.”

Other stars of Loose Women have also spoken out to deny feud rumours in the past.

Last year, Ruth Langsford said on Lorraine that although the TV stars might have “heated discussions” on some occasions they don’t actually “fall out” with each other.

“Somehow people just love to pit women against women, don’t they?” she said.

"We do disagree about things, but then five minutes later we laugh and talk about something else,” Langsford explained.

Loose Women’s tour – a first for the long-running daytime chat show – starts in September.

It will see some of the programme’s stars visiting a number of UK cities for a special live show.

Stops along the way include Birmingham, Cardiff, Liverpool, Leicester and London.
