Linda Robson says an attempted mugging over Christmas left her 'shaken up'
Linda Robson was left "shaken up" over Christmas by an attempted mugging.
On Monday's Loose Women the actor explained "something terrible" had happened to her over the festive period when she'd visited her local market.
"My son was doing a video for his new song and we all went down to watch him. Keeping our distance obviously," the 62-year-old told her fellow panellists.
“After that I went to get some shopping and I was carrying two heavy bags of shopping and I had a backpack on me.

"All of a sudden I felt someone was tugging it and it nearly pulled me over, it was caught around my ear as well so my ear was really hurting."
Robson said two couples alerted her to what was going on.
"He ran off and he’d tried to get my purse out of my backpack," she went on.
"I was shaken up and [daughter] Lauren and [granddaughter] Lila was there so Lila was really upset. She said, 'Nanny nearly got mugged.'
“They then went home and told [husband] Mark and [son] Louis and everyone.
"They then went running up the market to see if they could find the person. My nerves were gone because I was like, 'Oh my god I hope they don’t find them.'
“They never found him and I was OK luckily."
