Lisa Vanderpump Joins Season 2 Of ‘Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars’

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum and Vanderpump Rules star and executive producer Lisa Vanderpump is bringing her restaurant expertise to Season 2 of Fox’s competition series Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars.

Vanderpump will face off against her longtime friend Ramsay as they each select food and beverage industry entrepreneurs to join their teams.

The teams are then put through “Business Bootcamp,” designed to test their tenacity, initiative, perseverance and ambition as business leaders. With a $250,000 prize on the line, these entrepreneurs will be challenged in all aspects of running a food or beverage enterprise, including re-marketing a food product, innovating a new product, building brand loyalty, sales pitching and management, according to the description.

In addition to Ramsay and Vanderpump, the challenges will be evaluated by guest judges, curated focus groups and customer feedback, profit and loss metrics, and market and corporate feedback.

Upcoming Vanderpump also has Vanderpump Villa, a new unscripted series that takes place at Vanderpump‘s luxury French villa, at Hulu.

Season 2 of Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars premieres May 22 on Fox. The series is produced by Studio Ramsay Global, a Fox Entertainment company. Ramsay serves as an executive producer, while Deborah Sargeant serves as executive producer and showrunner.
