London train station assaults on women see man barge people so hard one dropped her drink

Police are looking for a man after a series of reported assaults at two London railway stations. The incidents are alleged to have happened in the South East and centre of the city.

They involve an individual 'barging into' women, causing one to drop her drink. The public have been urged to contact officers if they have any information.

A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said: "Officers investigating a series of assaults at Deptford and at London Bridge railway stations are today releasing this image in connection.

"At around 4pm on June 8, a man barged into the shoulder of a woman and caused her to drop her drink. Later at London Bridge at 6pm, two other women were barged into in a similar manner by the same person.

"Officers would like to speak to the man in the image as they believe he may have information which could help with their investigation.

"Anyone with information is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 461 of 8 June. Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
