Louise Redknapp has said she is "absolutely heartbroken" over the death of her dog Blu.
The former Eternal singer revealed that one of the Shar-Pei's she has had since she was a puppy had passed away.
Redkanpp, 47, wrote on Instagram: "I am absolutely heartbroken that we had to say goodbye to our little girl Blu early this morning.
"I am going to miss you so much my darling girl your escaping through the fence, chasing the squirrels out of the garden, our long walks in the woods watching you run carefree, going upstairs when we say ‘bed time’ and getting on mummy’s bed instead of in your own and most of all your kisses and cuddles every day.
"I wanted to share this with you because I know so many of you follow their insta page and loved seeing what Blu and Rudi were up to and loved them as much as we did.
"We’ll miss you so much, sleep tight our gorgeous Bluebells. Love you forever Mummy, Chaz and Beau Beau’s."
The singer's celebrity pals were quick to offer their condolences with Eternal's Kelle Bryan saying: "Ahhhh darling so sorry to hear that."
Others stars to send messages of support included the singer Anastacia, who appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2016 at the same time as Redknapp, EastEnders star Martin McCutcheon and Hollyoaks' Danny Mac.
Redknapp – who is mother to 17-year-old Charley and 13-year-old Beau with ex-husband Jamie Redknapp – has another Shar-Pei called Rudi who is now the sole star of her pet's Instagram account @rudiblucorkyredknapp.
In October 2002 she revealed her rescue dog Corky had died.
The Naked singer said: "I’m so heartbroken to have to share with you that we lost our gorgeous boy Corky... We will miss you so much sleep tight our beautiful boy love you forever."
In 2019 Redknapp said that any man she dates would come below her dogs in terms of priorities.
She said: “'I am single. And anyway, whoever steps in, in the future - if anyone does at all - they will have to understand that they'll be fourth in line. They will have to be okay with being behind my kids, my work, and my dogs!”
Redknapp's pet pooches featured in the Channel 4 series called Celebrity Snoop Dogs in 2020.
The singer said of Blu on the show: "They're incredible guard dogs actually. She's always on patrol."
