Louise Thompson returns to hospital amid ongoing health battle

Louise Thompson's fiancé Ryan Libbey has revealed she is back in the hospital amid her ongoing health struggles.

The Made in Chelsea star was discharged from hospital in mid-February after a 17-day stay, and Ryan has now revealed that she was admitted again on Sunday.

Alongside a photo of five different pairs of headphones, Ryan wrote on his Instagram Stories on Wednesday night, "Picked up a little gift for Louise earlier this morning. Unfortunately she had to go back into hospital at 3am on Sunday morning and she's still there. I'm hoping these will transport her to her own little world whilst she's on the ward recovering."

On Thursday morning, he shared a mirror selfie of him and their two-year-old son Leo exchanging a kiss and revealed that the youngster got upset when he saw a picture of Louise on Ryan's phone.

"So getting him to this point where he relaxed and gave daddy a kiss took a while today. Leo is turning into such a compassionate loving little man - I'm so proud of him (and his mum)," he continued.

Ryan then addressed Louise's hospitalisation, writing, "Praying this weekend we will be home together. Enough tests now - leave us be."

He has not divulged why the reality star was back in hospital. She spent two weeks in the facility earlier this month as she was losing blood and suffering from agonising pain.

The 33-year-old has experienced a series of health issues since welcoming Leo in November 2021. She suffered a haemorrhage and lost three litres of blood during his birth and now battles post-traumatic stress disorder as a result.

Louise also suffers from ulcerative colitis, a condition that causes inflammation of the lower end of the digestive system.
