Louisiana Tornado Confirmed as Storms Cross Southern States

Severe storms caused damage in areas of Louisiana, Arkansas, and Texas, on Thursday, March 2, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued tornado warnings.

Video by Facebook user Jamey Bradshaw shows flashes of light and debris swirling as a tornado moves along the ground in Shreveport, Louisiana.

The NWS reposted Bradshaw’s video on Twitter, confirming the tornado sighting at 5:40 pm on Thursday.
