“Love Is Blind”’s Izzy Fears He Gave Micah 'the Ick' After His 'Awkward' Flirting Turns 'Cringe' in “Perfect Match” (Exclusive)

Izzy Zapata is laying it all out in the open to find his Perfect Match — including his "awkward" flirting skills.

The Love Is Blind alum, 31, is part of the group of Netflix reality stars looking for a chance at love in the second season of the hit dating series. Before its Friday, June 7 premiere, PEOPLE has an exclusive look at Izzy conversing with Love Is Blind season 4 star Micah Lussier.

"Having fun?" she asks him, to which he responds with a huge smile, "Yes, it's crazy to see you here. This is crazy. Obviously, I've seen you, and so, like Love Is Blind, you see everything. So I followed you 'cause we went through the same thing."

As the two begin talking, Tolú Ekundare, who is sitting across from them, notices where the conversation is going and gets up to walk away. Meanwhile, Izzy continues flirting with Micah, 28.

"I've watched your TikToks cause you're funny as f---. And that I can appreciate. Loving your personality," Izzy tells her.

After asking if she has a dog, Izzy stops and bursts out in nervous laughter, telling her, "My god, this is so awkward! I'm like, fanboying over here. I don't really try to like, spit some game at you. It's just like, I'm going to come talk to you."

Micah interrupts him to ask what his "game" is, which leads Izzy to drop his best pickup line.

"How are you?" he says, prompting Micah to laugh and tell him, "I don't know. Apparently, you already know all about me."

Their interaction ends with Izzy looking Micah straight in the eyes as he says, "Please don't take me as a creep." In an on-camera confessional, Izzy confesses that their interaction was "so cringe."

"Oh god. I don't even want to think about it. It's so cringe. Probably gave her the ick. What the heck," he tells the camera.

Fans may remember Izzy from season 5 of Love Is Blind, where he got engaged to Stacy Synder but the two ultimately went their separate ways on their wedding day after she said no to him.

Micah appeared on season 4 of Love Is Blind and was engaged to Paul Peden but he dumped her at the altar. The two briefly rekindled their romance but things only lasted for a few weeks before they called it quits once more.

The two are now taking their search for a soulmate to Perfect Match for its second season. While their future on the show remains unclear, fans can expect to see all of the contestants couple up and test a potential spark through compatibility challenges, granting the winners the opportunity to bring in new singles to shake up the competition and determine the overall Perfect Match.
