Yahoo News Are Love Island's Toby and Georgia still together now?
The long-awaited All Stars incarnation of Love Island finally wrapped up on Monday evening, with Toby Aromolaran and Georgia Steel coming in just outside of the podium spots in fourth place.
Molly Smith and Tom Clare scooped the top place prize during a live finale event, under the watchful eyes of host Maya Jama and the live-tweeting viewing public.
The released voting stats showed that Georgia and Toby raked in 10% of the final voting percentages, compared to Molly and Tom's 33%.
So what's next for Georgia and Toby? Given the reality show's long history spanning nearly a decade, it's perhaps not surprising that some of the Islanders had romantic history – including Georgia and Toby.
The pair competed together in Love Island Games – which is not wholly dissimilar to All Stars, given that it featured a starry cast of Islanders from across the international Islandverse (patent pending).
After taking part in the various Gladiators-style challenges on the show, Toby and Georgia were briefly coupled up and exited the villa together by day nine of the Games run.
Before leaving, Toby defiantly said to his fellow Gamers, some of whom had voted for his exit: "We came, we conquered. Love Island Games 2023, we out."
Once back in the real world, Toby posted a couple of snaps with Georgia from the villa to his Instagram account, captioning the post: "I can't lie, I didn't see that coming… but the games are the games! Love all the support from you guys! So what's next then?"
It turns out what is next is more of the same. Toby entered the South African villa alongside Georgia and the pair quickly gravitated towards one another and were chosen by the public to couple up on the first day.
But it wasn't plain sailing from there, as Toby said they should explore other options and coupled up with Arabella.
The famously indecisive Islander then shocked everyone when he chose Georgia over Arabella during a recoupling at the fire pit, which caused plenty of tears and animosity at the time in the villa.
"That was probably one of the biggest shocks of the series," Maya told the couple during their exit interview.
Georgia said of the moment: "When Toby did his thing, it made me feel a certain way and you can’t really explain that feeling. So you’ve got to go with that, I guess."
As for what comes next now they're outside the villa, Toby explained they're "locked in" but are not yet official until they've met one another's family.
"I know Georgia and Georgia knows me," Toby told Maya. "Family is a big thing for us." We'll have to watch out for when this big get together does indeed happen, so we can see where the relationship goes from here.
As sparks flew in the villa, fans on the outside were left wondering what Toby's ex-girlfriend Chloe Burrows was making of it all – with some calling for her to enter the All Stars villa to shake things up.
However, in response to one fan request that she should cut her current holiday short and sign on for the show, Chloe wrote on X/Twitter: "Pls guys lemme enjoy my holiday never had so many messages pmsl".
Love Island: All Stars, hosted by Maya Jama, continues at 9pm on ITV2, STV and ITVX.
